This will fit all 1964 Cadillac's, however, this will need modification to fit the coupes convertibles because obviously they are a 2 door this is from a 4 door. This is the complete quarter panel from the rear door to the tail light complete quarter panel for 4 door model's, but will work as a patch panel for 2 door model's.
