Not sure and the bumper is a bit bent where the headlamp wiper covers go this might not be noticeable when the cover is placed over it.

I will take it to the west palm beach station. If it's the same bracket that is on s60 bumpers, i'll get one the bumper is in great shape, but there are three broken plastic tabs that the grille connects with. Here is a brown front bumper outer and inner for a Volvo XC70 with headlamp wipers.
